Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to LootPayr, including listings, messages, account balances, crypto payments, transaction protection, disputes, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
- You must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement and meet the minimum age required in your country.
- You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access.
- One person may not operate deceptive, duplicate, or ban-evasion accounts.
- We may request identity, source-of-funds, sanctions, fraud, or ownership checks when reasonably necessary.
2. Marketplace role
LootPayr provides technology that helps users publish offers, communicate, pay, reserve transaction funds, and resolve disputes. Unless expressly stated, the operator is not the seller, buyer, publisher, game developer, bank, investment adviser, or owner of third-party gaming goods.
3. Listings and user conduct
You may list only goods or services that you are legally entitled to provide. You must not:
- misrepresent an item, price, delivery time, identity, or transaction status;
- offer stolen property, malware, fraud services, prohibited financial products, or unlawful content;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contract, or platform rights;
- manipulate reviews, referrals, prices, search results, disputes, or payment confirmations;
- attempt to bypass transaction protection, fees, security controls, or account restrictions;
- harass users, send spam, scrape restricted data, or interfere with the service.
4. Orders and protected transactions
A buyer creates an order by accepting an offer and completing the displayed payment steps. Funds credited to the platform balance may be reserved while the seller performs the order. The seller receives the applicable proceeds only after the transaction is completed, automatically released under the displayed rules, or resolved through the dispute process.
Users must review the item, quantity, network, wallet address, exact crypto amount, fees, and transaction terms before payment. Blockchain transfers generally cannot be reversed. Transfers sent using the wrong asset, network, address, memo, or amount may be permanently lost and may not be recoverable by the operator.
5. Crypto payments and balances
- Supported assets and networks are shown at checkout. Availability may change for security, compliance, or technical reasons.
- Displayed exchange rates, service fees, network fees, limits, and expiry times apply to the transaction when it is created.
- Balances are service accounting records, not bank deposits, securities, or interest-bearing accounts.
- Crypto assets can be volatile. You accept market, network, confirmation, smart-contract, custodian, and regulatory risks.
- We may delay or reject a credit or withdrawal while investigating duplicates, reorgs, sanctions, fraud, or technical inconsistencies.
6. Fees, withdrawals, and taxes
Applicable platform and network fees are disclosed in the interface or relevant offer terms. You authorize their deduction. You are responsible for your own taxes, reporting, licenses, and compliance obligations. Withdrawal requests may be subject to minimums, verification, security holds, and supported-network requirements.
7. Cancellations, refunds, and disputes
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on transaction status, delivery, evidence, offer terms, and applicable law. Users should first communicate in the transaction chat and preserve relevant evidence. A moderator may review messages, payment records, delivery proof, and other submitted material. We may release, return, split, or continue holding reserved funds where the product workflow and applicable rules permit. A moderation decision does not limit non-waivable legal rights.
8. Reviews and communications
Reviews must reflect genuine transactions. Messages and attachments must be lawful and relevant. We may moderate or remove content and may use transaction communications to provide support, prevent fraud, enforce these Terms, and decide disputes.
9. Intellectual property
The service software, interface, and operator content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant the operator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt, display, and use that content as needed to operate, secure, and promote the service.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict features, suspend transactions, hold withdrawals, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, investigate misconduct, manage technical risk, or enforce these Terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a way to contact support.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an โas isโ and โas availableโ basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular seller's performance, continued availability of any game or blockchain, or that third-party services will remain compatible. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to those limits, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or loss caused by a user's incorrect blockchain transfer.
12. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify the operator against third-party claims arising from your listings, content, unlawful conduct, infringement, tax obligations, or breach of these Terms.
13. Changes, governing law, and contact
We may update these Terms and will post the new effective date. Material changes may also be announced through the service. These Terms are governed by the laws of Philippines, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Questions and legal notices may be sent to support@lootpayr.com.
